AVA (Access Venue Assistant) is a theatre accessibility coordination system developed by James Edward Lewis. It connects access teams, front-of-house staff, and supervisors in real time — ensuring smooth, inclusive experiences for all patrons.

AVA is available in two editions designed to support venues of different sizes and operational needs.
Standard “Out of the Box” Version – £300
Available directly through the Apple App Store. Includes all essential accessibility coordination features and is ideal for small to medium theatres. Coming very soon.
Custom Version – from £2,500
Tailored for larger venues needing bespoke workflows, custom branding, seat-map integrations,
or advanced front-of-house tools.
Distribution Requirement:
The custom version of AVA is delivered as a private B2B app through
Apple Business Manager.
This means the venue must have an active Apple Business Manager account in order to receive, manage, and install the custom build.
Pricing varies depending on venue size and complexity.
