What's new in AVA

Mission Control on iPad

• Run AVA with iPads only, no Mac needed. Venues with a Mac can use both.
• Choose how each iPad is used when AVA opens: AVA Pro, Mission Control, Stock Control or Stock Management.
• Set up a new venue from an iPad, or join an existing one with its admin code.
• Venue name, resident shows, show times and policies now sync to every device.

New: Venue Stock

• Set up stock locations, items, sizes and colours, and print barcode labels.
• Stock Control on iPhone and iPad: scan a location (or type its code) and count it, one item at a time. Several people can count at once.
• Live tally in Mission Control, with what's sold since the last count.
• Major Counts that include the stock room, and Book In Delivery for new stock.
• Check Against Sales: tick each line against your till, or send it back to a phone for a recount.
• Pause a count for the interval and carry on afterwards.
• Count History, archiving, and export to Excel or CSV.
• Schedule counts before and after shows, at set times each day, weekly or monthly.

Also new

• A fresh card-style look for menus and Venue Setup.
• Menus show the everyday options by default. Tap the gear button to switch on the others.
• End Performance now also clears messages on every device.
• A clear message if a device isn't signed in to iCloud.
• Fixed a crash when deleting a seat logic section or policy while it was being edited.
